City Pulse Multiventures has reported a net profit of Rs 23.49 crore for the April to September period. The revenue from operations during this time reached Rs 1,613.75 crore, reflecting company growth. Their business interests include renewable energy, education, and cinema exhibition, among others.

Mumbai: City Pulse Multiventures Ltd has reported a net profit of Rs 23.49 crore for the April-September period while the revenue from operations stood at Rs 1,613.75 crore for the first half of FY2026-27.

The company has business interests across renewable energy, education, cinema exhibition, digital media, fuel retail and urban development.

City Pulse Multiventures in a statement said that recent acquisitions of subsidiary companies mark an important step in its growth strategy, aimed at expanding business operations, diversifying revenue streams and strengthening its market presence.

Through a franchise-based Miniplex Theatre model, the company aims to launch 100 screens across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. PTI
